Arc Machines, Inc. or AMI has had more than 40 years of welding experience through the manufacturing of welding equipment. AMI has specialized in orbital welding for various industries including aerospace and nuclear.

HQA Wire Products manufactures precision-wound wire that compliments the intricacies of AMI weld head applications. HQA has specialized in producing half-pound, 2-inch spools for your Model 81 AMI welder and two-pound, 4-inch spools for the Model 79 AMI welder.

Magnatech

Magnatech, LLC has been manufacturing orbital tube and automatic pipe welding systems for specialized industries since the 1970s. HQA has worked closely with Magnatech in providing high-quality, spooled wire that can smoothly feed various Magnatech weld heads.

HQA provides 2-pound, 4-inch spools as well as fabricates the one-pound, low-profile spools for Magnatech D Head welders.

HQA has the capacity to wind any alloy (including custom chemistry) onto 0.16 kg (0.35 lbs) spools compatible with Magnatech Redhead Weld Heads.
