2319 Aluminum Microwire

Item#: 3D1BXH

Premium ultra-fine welding wire for all your microscopic applications. Perfect for precision Micro TIG and Laser Welding.

2319 aluminum alloy welding wire is a specialized alloy designed for welding aluminum structures, usually made of 2219, particularly in industries such as aerospace and automotive.

Its chemical makeup, which includes a high percentage of copper and manganese, provides several significant benefits. The copper content enhances the wire's strength and conductivity, allowing for efficient heat transfer during welding, while the manganese contributes to the wire's ability to form sound welds with excellent stress-corrosion resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications where durability and reliability are crucial.
